“We’re incredibly honoured to receive this award. PeopleX is established in less than two years, and today we’re being recognised as an emerging, innovative brand,” said Brandon Wong, Chief Entertaining Officer.
“This award validates the hard work of my team. I’m glad that we’re making good use of the data available to us, connecting people, and be more efficient in our daily tasks,” he added.
On top of receiving the Super Emerging Brand Award 2019, co-founder of PeopleX—Anthony Nguang, Director of Storytelling was also being named the Asia Legendary Young Entrepreneur in the Asia Legendary Leader Award 2019.
“Most of the HR practices are out of fashion. In this day and age, we can accomplish more with the data, technology, and new insights in our hands,” said Anthony. “No more piles of paperwork and endless email threads. Information can be accessed anytime, anywhere.”
To date, PeopleX has impacted enterprises positively. It helped to cope with the increasing number of employees and expansion of business more efficiently.
With digital files, the HR team is able to search for documents and records by checking the history. This reduces the time for conventional filing and document searching, subsequently speeds up the response and processing time. Printing, processing, and operational costs are reduced and the efficiency of HR team is increased.
Digital files also allow employers and employees to access and share information easily. This provides transparency and improves workflow for both sides. Prompt and instant interaction encourages employees’ engagement and increases employee retention rate.
The two new accolades earned will serve as a motivation for PeopleX to strive harder for another fruitful year in 2020.
